Each steel mold can only use one pigment, so it is necessary to determine the number of steel molds to be selected according to the color of the flower type. Then the steel mold is installed on the printing line according to the order. After printing, it is a shaped flower type.

II. Alignment
After the printing is completed, the production of the flower type is completed, and the process needs to be applied according to the customer's different needs on the back. The so-called paste is to match the printed PVC with the back material required by the customer. The back material of our PVC tablecloth is generally flannel, non-woven cloth, spiny cloth, mesh cloth, PP non-woven cloth, etc.. According to the customer's needs, After fitting, it will highlight the overall flower shape effect and the thickness of the tablecloth. After the suppression of the high-temperature machine, the surface PVC and the back material are perfectly fitted, and it is already a formed PVC tablecloth roll material.

III. Subvolumes
If the packaging method required by the customer is volume, the winding process will be used. This process is to divide the fixed long volume(usually 200M) of our factory into small volumes required by the customer, with 20M, 25M, 30M, etc.. Specifications, With a professional counter to meet the customer's requirements of the number of meters, is cut down, complete the composition of the volume.

IV. Slicing
If the customer asks for a PVC tablecloth packed with sheet material, a slicing process will be used. The so-called slicing is to cut the PVC tablecloth into pieces of the corresponding size according to the customer's needs, such as the PVC tablecloth that the customer needs 137 * 183cm. It is to cut 183cm on the 137cm roll material, which is the size of the tablecloth needed by the customer. This process is more important to ensure the size of the customer, and to ensure that the cutting edge is neat and beautiful. It is an important process in the production process.

Packaging
The package is divided into two parts
1. Volume packaging. The roll packaging is to divide the 145 * 20M roll material for packaging. The packaging is relatively simple. After wrapping the roll material with a plastic film, seal it with transparent tape and load it into a carton.
2. Piece packaging. The material packaging is the process of packaging the material required by the customer. This process is more complex and requires more manpower to achieve it. The general material packaging includes backlining, color cards, hooks, PP bags, cartons, weaving bags, etc.. Packing specifications may be increased or decreased according to customer requirements.
VII. Sampling Quality Inspection
After the packaging is completed, QC will conduct a quality inspection process. The inspection includes flower type, backside materials, dimensions, packaging, specifications, quality, etc. to ensure that the factory sales goods are in full compliance with customer requirements.
